red, itchy, and the size of a nickel normal?...this itches like crazy..and no, I still use the same body-wash and lotions and laundry soap as always.It is like a very dry patch of skin and on the same breast that there was a lump in earlier.The lump has since been removed by needle.Thank you.

I think it's some sort of skin irritation. It could just be dry skin, or maybe you're allergic to something. If you're close to your period, sometimes that happens, it happens to me. But if it seems to be more serious than that, you should see a doctor.
