Hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic, relapsing, suppurative cicatrizing disease occurring in the apocrine follicles. It is not curable if your diagnosis is definitive for hidradenitis suppurativa. However the disease can be managed. This is like a severe form of acne near sebaceous glands. There is no cure, but if caught early the symptoms can be managed.
