I am 22. I have pimples from several years. Even after taking many treatments I am not able to get rid of them. If i take surgery then is there any guarantee that I will not get pimples on the new skin.

That is tough I would not consider surgery for acne but there are products that will get rid of acne and offer a money back guarantee. They probably will go away over time as you get older but for now I would look for something that works on your acne and balances your hormones which may be the problem.
